Man defends his property shoots thug dead,now may face charges

He was shooting a criminal who just victimized him....but the thug was driving away and posed no immediate threat?

Homeowner Who Fatally Shot Robbery Suspect Could Face Charges

Alright all you homeowners let the beat you,rob you,rape your wife and daughters but DON'T DEFEND YOURSELF! That would be BAD!

Obviously you didn't bother to watch your own linked report.

The homeowner shot at the suspect as the suspect drove away, not on the homeowner's property, posing no threat to the homeowner, with no justification for self-defense.

Did you bother to watch it? The thug tied the home owner up at GUNPOINT and robbed him. The thug has an extensive record. Who cares where the thug was headed. Who's to say the thug doesn't return to finish the job thinking the homeowner could identify him. The homeowner saved himself and others from suffering the same fate and from possibly being murdered.

Investigators said the homeowner, who is not being identified for his safety, untied himself, then went outside and fired shots at his car with Martinez inside. Martinez crashed the car down the block and later died.
