Frankly, I don't know why Republicans even bother with lefty at all. Cummings was just another socialist puke of a race-baiting pimp of a statist house negro who exploited his mostly black constituency as he lined his pockets. American blacks are much more commonly racist in this country than perhaps any other racial demographic, and I say that as one who is half black.
