That's not what happened. The entire incident starting with the ninja roll to the little girl getting drug around by her hair happened on a public sidewalk. The guy just went nuts. The video shows that. His boss said so. He even said so when he had his lawyer apologize for it. Do you hate black people so much that you even have to disagree with what the crazy cop said himself?
