I think, at best, Flynn has information about a quid pro quo between Trump and the Russians with respect to sanctions after the election. He certainly has information about what the Russians were trying to achieve in that arena.

As far as collusion between Trump and Russians with respect to electoral meddling, I don't see where he was in a position to provide anything probitive.
