The definition they are using for "Corporate" is laughable.. If this is enacted, it will flood the market, and decimate home prices. And Immediately put tens thousands of home owners upside down.

pension or investment fund, or trust but does not include a nonprofit corporation, a family
trust, or a family limited liability company.

On the surface, it sounds good to some but it will eliminate your average Joe from buying homes as rentals for a little extra income.
This will also eliminate SFH AirBNBs, VRBOs. This will even eliminate Grandma renting her house to family.
Read the fine print. This is not an attack on the Blackrock types... This is an attack on the guy that owns a few rentals.
Meaning the only rentals that will get built will be building high density apartment complexes and the like. Just how the dems want you to live. Now who builds those?
