A federal appeals court ruled on Tuesday that Minnesota’s ban preventing residents ages 18 to 20 from carrying handguns in public is unconstitutional, upholding a district-court decision that said the Second Amendment right to bear arms should apply to all adults in the state.

UPDATE:
ST. LOUIS (August 22, 2024) – Firearms Policy Coalition (FPC) announced that the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals has denied Minnesota’s petition for en banc (full court) review in Worth v. Jacobson, leaving in place a unanimous decision that the state’s age-based carry ban is unconstitutional

This means one of two things
-MN must issue carry permits to 18-20yr olds
-MN appeals the decision to the USSC

So... whatcha gonna do, MSGT Waltz?

This is change in America's gun laws that so may foreigners have been waiting for!
It's putting younger men to the test that will forever establish their ability, as well as their motivation to stop shooters or to become the shooters.

Great. I want every street thug in St. Louis and Kansas City, and Minneapolis to all be armed with handguns.

There's more of them, than there are white conservatives. Lets make sure all white conservatives, there wives, there children, there parents, all leave the house in fear every day. Lets make sure when something makes a noise, they are looking over their shoulders. Lets make sure everytime they are in a public place, and a gang of these armed thugs starts walking towards them, they run in fear for their lives.

All because Cletis has delusions about gun rights, while playing with his Hulk Hogan action figures.

Good ruling.

They already are.

That's the thing with criminals, gun control really doesn't apply to them, they do what they want. And that's why we law-abiders need to be armed and ready.

Cletus is suggesting that the gangs of young men with handguns will be walking toward frightened citizens to prevent a shooting!

'I' would suggest that the young mean aren't particular on who they can kill, as long as they can!

They've been limited to songbirds with BB guns for far too long.

Now they're going to able to let it all out!

Minnesota has not met its burden to proffer sufficient evidence to rebut the
presumption that 18 to 20-year-olds seeking to carry handguns in public for self-
defense are protected by the right to keep and bear arms. The Carry Ban, § 624.714
subd. 2(b)(2), violates the Second Amendment as applied to Minnesota through the
Fourteenth Amendment, and, thus, is unconstitutional.

Winning.
