Here's the real problem. It shouldn't have gotten to the point of a football strike to remove this guy who thought a university should be run like a tech company and ignored hundreds of complaints of racial incidents.

He should have gone when the students and faculty asked him to leave.

But because universities have become money-making scams, it wasn't until the students did something that might cost money that they finally sacked this guy.
