Lockdown are stay at home orders for non essential workers, and non essential businesses closed. The democrats DO NOT HAVE a one size fits ALL lockdown policy, that was TRUMPs this past Spring, and we've learned from it.These are the current COVID-19 stats, as of this morning, for California, which has a population (39.5 million) that is larger than that of most countries, including Canada, Australia, Venezuela, Chile, Guatemala, and Romania. These stats are further proof that the Democrats' one-size-fits-all lockdown approach is senseless. They also prove there is no rational reason to keep our schools closed.

If lockdown are needed, it would be localized, in very hot spots, who do not have any hospital space left, to care for the sick in their communities, or enough doctors o rd etc, to care for the sick.
Where a mask, stop being nincompoops! You are unnecessarily killing people, before their time.
This is total bullshit you know that's not true. No blue state is doing things that way
State wide lockdowns
? which state has a statewide lockdown?
Anyone with a governor mandated lockdown is state wide
Like in my state of illinois with the third largest city in America.....And a lot of farm land
Southern illinois people start getting southern accents lol
There is currently no statewide lockdown in Illinois
How are you defining lockdown?
I'm defining it is any rules dissuading gatherings of people. If your bars aren't open at full capacity you're in lock down
How are you defining it? Sounds like in a way that no one in the country has been locked down yet and would most certainly be un*constitutional.
The lock down policies are cetnered around businesses not individuals because businesses don't have fundamental protections in both state and federal law.
THAT'S THE DEFINITION OF A LOCKDOWN, that is what we went through last spring, and toilet paper went missing....
No state has had that with any legal force
They can only sort of threaten people who are coming in. No state has had what you're describing
We are not australia. You cannot just start mass quarantines (which is really waht you're describing not a lock down) without some sort of relevant legal line to draw between this and people who die of communicable diseases every year. And just doubling very small numbers is not enough to justify this my god
You can go out and do whatever you want. That's why they didn't stop the BLM protests. It would be blatantly unconstitutional to try
edit - same with the anti lock down people in michigan
