At a time in history when we are about three decades down the road in AIDS research and American kids get a thorough course in sex ed. from kindergarten through high school how could (mostly) homosexuals in the most enlightened Country in the world in the freaking age of information still contract the disease? Either homosexuality renders victims incapable of distinguishing risky behavior and right from wrong or many homosexuals have a flagrant disregard for their own safety and the safety of their partners.
