More proof... Obamacare basis "46 million uninsured Americans" WAS FALSE!!!

I've written this so many times and tried to get Poltifact.org to respond but to no avail.
Obama sold ACA on the premise there were in his words:
"I don’t have to explain to you that nearly 46 million Americans don’t have health insurance coverage today. In the wealthiest nation on Earth, 46 million of our fellow citizens have no coverage.”
Obama NOW admits there never were 46 million uninsured Americans!
A) He admits that of that 46 million 10 million were NOT CITIZENS!
"It's an overcount because it counts noncitizens. Take out the 9.7 million noncitizens and the actual number is closer to 36 million.
So Obama is sloppy by saying it is for "Americans" but not accounting for the noncitizens, which leaves him off by about 22 percent.

B) But The number at 36 million is a lie!
2) 14 million Americans were Eligible for MEDICAID BEFORE ACA!
Obama failed to get 14 million people eligible for Medicaid enrolled. That's all that is needed.
That leaves 22 million.
There was NO NEED for Obamacare to cover these 14 million as all they needed to do is REGISTER!!!

Those 14 million should have been told they were eligible under EXISTING LAWS
and there was NO NEED for ACA!

Finally that leaves 22 million of the original false 46 million!
3) 18 million under 34 don't NEED insurance. Can afford employers' plans as they make over $50k.
That leaves 4 million.
CRISIS OF THE UNINSURED: 2009 "SLOPPY" TO THE TUNE OF 39%!!!

Sloppy?? to the tune of 92% EXAGGERATION OF THE FIGURE OF PEOPLE THAT WERE ELIGIBLE AND WANTED HEALTH INSURANCE!

Today though a further refutation of this 46 million figure comes out!

So where are the 46 million uninsured?
1) 10 million not citizens
2) 14 million didn't know they were covered by Medicaid!
3) 18 million under 34 make over $50,000 and never wanted or needed insurance!
4) 6 million unique veterans covered by VA.

This leaves ZERO! Zero people that needed insurance or wanted insurance!!
ZERO NOT 46 million!
