The Republicans likely got a boost from the Kamikaze attacks in Paris and San Bernardino. Now the Republicans are doing the Bill Clinton lust history as a campaign issue, way before the first primary. So that too becomes a diminishing issue for the Republicans, just like the anti-Moslem crusade.
One GOP problem is the apparent confusion between what other people call "sex abuse," and what they call normal, good Christian, Wholesome, Pro Wrestling(?)! This story is widely reported, below.
