Music plays a major part of professional wrestling (or wrasslin' if you prefer), especially in wrestler entrances. But that wasn't always the case.

One of the earliest entrance music uses was for Gorgeous George, when he arrived to "Pomp and Circumstance" (also synonymous with "Macho Man" Randy Savage since the 1980s)

In the late 70s into the early 80s, you had acts like The Fabulous Freebirds enter to Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Freebird" and the Road Warriors enter to the tune of Black Sabbath's "Iron Man."

The Rock-and-wrestling connection in the mid-1980s was a turning point as more top-star wrestlers were given entrance theme music.

Often songs typically weren't licensed, especially in the ECW promotion in the 1990s.

So here is a thread to post some of your favorite music that has been used by wrestlers and wrestling promotions, whether licensed or not.

And whether or not you watch wrestling, this is ultimately another music appreciate thread. Post the song and wrestler/promotion it is associated with. Ring the bell!
