Honor killings were a big deal before 610 AD? I'm not finding that. But if it was then why hasn't islam been able to get that under control over the 1500 years. I've never seen an honor killing by a hindu in the news. It's always muslims.

Actually we don't have honor killings, all of those are done by muslim men somehow trying to save their family name. Killing their daughter because she became too American, in America, the country they moved to, imagine that.

A guy shoot's a cheating wife isn't doing it for religious reasons. A guy who shoot's his daughter's because they aren't living up to the standards of islam is a whole new story.

A guy finding put his wife is cheating and shooting her in a rage is pretty different from throwing acid on a woman's face because she went to school or went to a store without a male escort. It's far different than killing your daughter because she isn't being muslim enough. There's no correlation in the motive here.
