My brain feels good on meds

Wow this meds are really stabilizing my brains !!
Best I felt since 2015
Anxiety and ocd is contained and easier to shrug off !!
I feel my brains are much better !!!



I did notice I have zero emotions of any kind and a mask like face ?
Not a big deal really . This morning I used my hands to move the facial muscles around .

I am far better than I was 2 months ago

Good to hear. Don’t make the mistake of “self medicating” (as in taking anything not prescribed or failing to take the meds that are prescribed in the manner directed). I know people who got badly messed up doing that. Stick with it. Good luck.
