I just love that #1 idea. Lets see, 16 year olds voting. To themselves saying--

#2-----I get free rent---Keep it
#3-----I get free food---Keep it
#4-----I don't have to work---Keep it
#5----- I get everything for free without doing anything to earn it, so I think my dumbass will vote for the guy that is going to give to me.
