Now, as I said, you MIGHT have a point on Car accidents, but let's look at that.

With Car accidents, we make a lot of efforts to make driving a SAFER experience. we strictly license who can own and drive a car, we have lots of police officers policing the roadways, every year the car manufacturers put in new safety features to increase the safety of vehicles.

With guns, we kind of do the opposite. Every year, the gun manufacturers put more guns in the hands of crazy people, introduce more and more dangerous weapons into the marketplace, and weaken the ability of law enforcement to go after the gun nuts.
