Newborn baby dies days after mother was 'turned away' from maternity unit because there were 'no bed

Thanks for clearing that up for me. The shortage of nurses has been caused by government policy. Hence the problems faced in todays NHS. It will take years to sort out.

Clearly you will look to government to fix the problem.
No, we pay our insurance to the government. We are entitled to a decent service.

You are entitled to the services government deems you are due. If you had insurance companies you could shop for a more suitable plan.

The issue is a nurse shortage pussboy.

And if the system can't afford to hire more nurses, or to provide CoL increases for those already employed, what do you imagine happens then, Mr. Politeness?

Well asshole, there are no more nurses to hire, hence the shortage. That is what a shortage is.

There must be a medical term for people who argue with their body parts; it seems to be endemic on this board.

When you're done, maybe you and your brain can figure out that if there's a budget, you can train more nurses; if there isn't enough revenue, you can't.

Most third-graders would be able to figure that out.
