The cop is black. No charges in this case and he is still a cop. This is just one of those things glad the kid is ok. Cops show up and say come out with your hands up. The kids shoots from around corner running at the cop and cop shoots. He does not what the kids has or what he will do to him. The court does not think cop did anything wrong.
