Well there is no way for a politicians to fight corruption. There really isn't.

As long as people keep voting for openly corrupt politicians, and calling everyone who isn't corrupt racists.... what exactly do you expect one good politicians to do?

You can prosecute as many bad politicians as you like, and at the end of the day, evil people vote for evil politicians that openly say they fired the guy who was investigating an energy company that his son was collecting millions from.
