Any officer of the law must be above this kind of stuff especially in this charged atmosphere, any arrest he would make could be called into question, good they got rid of him

That’s the word North Charleston Police Chief Eddie Driggers used Thursday to describe a Facebook photo of one of his officers dressed in Confederate flag boxers.
The officer, Shannon Dildine, has since been terminated.
The controversial photo shows the now former police sergeant standing bare chested and dressed in nothing but rebel flag boxers or shorts. Dildine’s termination letter from Driggers was obtained by Charleston TV station WCIV and ABC News. Driggers writes:
