Historic indeed.

Obama's destruction and fundamental change of America is going down in flames. And out of the ashes rises Trump. Everyone wonders why Trump is so popular but they need not look past Obama

Not only has Obama been the #1 gun salesman of the year 7 times running, but he is also Trumps #1 campaign contributor.

-Geaux.

Allowing ISIS to spread like cancer is fucking up the rest of the world.

I would say the GOP and the likes of Jeb and his owners are contributing to the rise of Trump.

After MCcain and Romney the voters don't seem too willing to allow the republicrats to force another moderturd into the ring.

Bankrupting RWNJs for a battle that's never coming and forcing you idiots to vote for a liberal from New Yawk.

Obama is the puppet master and you're just a bunch of puppets

HAHAHAHA You got it backwards, Obamabot

According to the lying RWNJ traitors like the OP:

  • The Middle East was at peace for thousands of years - until Obama was elected.

  • Ronnie RayGun didn't arm the earlier incarnation of ISIL.

  • The right is not arming terrorists and suspected terrorists in the US.

  • Obama is not attacking and killing terrorists.

Fact is, the beginning of ISIL was before Obama was born.

Stop that. You'll go blind.

This is why the Republicans are having a hard time ~

1. 1/2 of the party is realistic knowing that that are part of the mess, and are leaving the party with no where to go.
2.1/2 of the party is in denial

That has to be, by far, one of the biggest piles of male bovine excrement you've ever posted on USMB!

The Middle East peaceful for thousands of years?

What'd ya put in your pipe this morn?

Absolutely right. No Obama and it would be another Business as Usual campaign. Wonder how many are rising from their couches and are paying attention.

Trump owes his popularity to decades of extreme rhetoric being shitted out by conservative pundits who gained fame on talk radio and Fox News. They sold partisan insanity, conservative rubes bought it, and now the GOP eatablishment is reaping what it sowed. A foreigner hating billionaire reality TV star has taken the helm of the republican party, and no one should be surprised about it.

No. Trump owes his popularity to the failures of the Obama administration and the strident nonsense of the Democratic Party.

Trump has reached his peak. He won't even get 50% of Republicans to support him and on the off-chance he does get nominated, will be rejected by the American public at-large. So far he's only been supported by a minority of Republicans, hardly enough to become the next president.

I think you are ignoring the large numbers of Independents who have expressed their support for Trump. These are the Great Unwashed who normally refrain from voting.

I think this election is going to shake a whole lot of pundits.

Nope. Reagan (who would be labeled a RINO by modern conservative media) is rolling in his grave that Trump is going to be the GOP nominee.

That assumes Trump will be the nominee. As yet he doesn't have 50% support in the party. If he isn't the nominee, the "Great Unwashed" won't be voting and Hillary should win easily. BTW, that characterization of Trump's following is telling evidence of the contempt of average Americans conservatives actually hold.
