it is idiotic, but guess what. Humans are very inventive - if this idiocy is passed then the NYPD will have to describe with euphemisms.

Liberals are so dumb they do not understand that the necessity is a mother of invention and if the description does not include race in a multiracial society then something else will appear in that place, which will not be called black/asian/hispanic but instead might be called curly hair in braids/slanted eyes and black straight hair/bilingual neighbor etc.
