You are in denialFor the millionth time.
Not true. Even if they wanted to, they couldn't.
Instead of learning how your own government works, you believe every little idiot meme that comes along.
Hint: the US govt has THREE branches.
THREE.
Figure it out.
No wonder we've got a giant cheeto writing pretend Exec Orders while you RWNJs celebrate.

Please don't try to hide your mistake by changing the subject.
That is NOT what you wrote in the OP. Nor is it what I commented on.
You said Obama and Clinton approved uranium sales to Russia. That is simply not true.
Now you've mish-mashed even more into your original post. You lack the critical thinking skills necessary to choose one but where I think you might be headed with this ---
Allegations of a "quid pro quo" deal giving Russia ownership of one-fifth of U.S. uranium deposits in exchange for $145 million in donations to the Clinton Foundation are unsubstantiated.
Sec. of State Hillary Clinton's approval of a deal to transfer control of 20% of U.S. uranium deposits to a Russian company was a quid pro quo exchange for donations to the Clinton Foundation. See Example(s)
EXAMPLES
Collected via e-mail, 2016
January 2016:
This was on Facebook: “As Secretary of State, Hilary transferred half of U.S. uranium to Russia and received $145 million donation to Clinton Foundation.”
March 2016:
This is posted on Facebook. “Secretary of State Hillary Clinton transferred 20% of US uranium to Putin’s Russia as 9 investors in the deal funneled $145 million to the Clinton Foundation.” Is this a true fact? Thanks.

ORIGIN
In the months leading up to the 2016 United States presidential election, stories abounded about the relationships between the Clinton Foundation and various foreign entities.

No, Hillary Clinton did not "give Russia 20 percent of the uranium" in the US

There are millions more but I know you have made up your "mind" and will not be swayed by facts.
