There has been, at least the last six years, a lot of joy, happy tear (albeit utterly phony ) tears a la Jesse Jackson about the first (actually the SECOND, because some idiot already declared Clinton to be the first) black President (again, actually HALF-black president) there should be a far more justified and righteous drive for the first physically handicapped President.
