(Although I never speak on on-going investigations, BUT....)

- "I don't THINK our national security was in jeopardy..." (Even though Kerry has said if HIS e-mails have been targeted by our enemies then he KNOWS Hillary's were...)

- 'In political offices like ours we must DO A BETTER JOB PROTECTING SENSITIVE INFORMATION...'
1. No, you have to OBEY THE LAW - Hillary did NOT

2. 'Sensative' Information? SECRET TS / SI information is defined as information that if gotten out could cause 'GRAVE DAMAGE' to the US. Her e-mails were on an incorrectly encrypted server in the BATHROOM of a small IT company whose employees did not have the required clearnces or authority to handle them or the server!

3. "SHE APOLOGIZED."
:wtf:
Oh, that makes all her CRIMES and endangering our national security ok then, I guess?! I am sure Petraeus apologized for doing the FAR LESS than Hillary has done before you convicted HIM, but I guess his didn't count or something?!

Welcome to the F*ed Up mind of a twisted Narcissistic, Socialist, self-annoited ruler and the hypocritical, criminal world called the Progressive Liberal Democratic Party!

Don't forget to drink the kool-ade' :wine:

From what I've been reading there were over four hundred classified documents on her private server.

Wonder how Barry knows national security wasn't at risk??

Wonder how many secrets were on Patreaus's computer which was a CIA computer?.

Don't think he released any e-mail containing anything about national security either yet he got the FBI investigating him and he got the axe.

From the partisans who created the various speakership, Benghazi Investigation, and the anti-ObamaCare vote scandals: Then lack of other perceptual capabilities is further on display in the Claudette and Easy65 posts. The 60 Minutes interview of the President is not a showcasing of a lunatic, especially given the GOP partisans of last week.

Mostly, the Clinton emails are only noted to have information which maybe should have been classified. One problem is that most of the material was already available from non-classified sources. At the time it should not have been market classified. There is guidance about that, and rule about marking anything "classified" then gets applied. The subsequent markings, now marked "Classified," likely have less to do with national security, and probably more with diplomatic niceties, in the subsequent months and years, after the creation of the material. It is noted that the Clinton email server had not been hacked, but that the State Department server had been hacked.

There can be said no major breach of national security. The Clinton lawyers have seen the information, and the FBI has the information. WWIII is more likely to happen over events now being prevented in Syria, in fact.

See especially, the OP post: For assessment of the concept, "Ginned up!"

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred."
(Many smokes now legal, in fact, and even on Lands of Many Nations--and ven along the California Redwoods Highway, of protected areas(?)!)
