“On January 17th, 2024, deputies responded to check on a car parked in the middle of an orchard located near Belmont and Washoe Avenues, just west of Mendota. Inside the vehicle was a deceased man whose body had been dismembered. He was later identified as 25 year old Fraylee Hernandez of Mendota,” the Fresno sheriff added.

The suspect is an illegal alien from El Salvador who is on probation for assaulting his mother. It is unclear when or where he illegally entered the US.

The victim, Fraylee Hernandez, and the suspect were acquaintances according to law enforcement.

“During the investigation, detectives identified a primary suspect in this murder. They learned the actual killing took place on January 6th, 2024. At the time, the suspect was 17 years old. He turned 18 in February. The suspect is an undocumented immigrant from El Salvador who is also currently on probation for assaulting his mother. He and the murder victim were acquaintances,” the sheriff said.

Another one of Biden’s illegal aliens has been arrested for raping a minor teen.

Sakir Akkan, an illegal alien from Turkey was arrested and charged for kidnapping and raping a 15-year-old girl in Albany, New York.

Akkan entered the US on Biden’s open border invitation in November 2023 in San Diego and was “vetted” and released.

An illegal migrant has been arrested for allegedly forcing a 15-year-old girl into his car, stripping off her clothes and raping her in upstate New York.

Sakir Akkan, 21, is accused of targeting the teen after spotting her walking down a street in Albany in the early hours of May 14, the Times Union reported, citing court documents.

Akkan, who hails from Turkey, allegedly jumped out of his Toyota Prius armed with a metal pole and threatened to beat the girl if she didn’t get in the car.

Once she was inside, he allegedly sped off to an isolated street, took the girl’s clothes off and raped her, the filing charges.

The teen, who lived in a group home close to where the attack unfolded, was cut loose soon after and fled to a nearby residence for help, according to the court docs.

The alleged victim, who was taken to a nearby hospital, suffered scratches on her legs from trying to resist the attack.
In fiscal year 2021, there were about 1,400 Turkish illegal aliens that were apprehended at the southern border. The next two fiscal years, 2022 and 2023, showed a dramatic increase to about 15,000 for each of those years.

Last year, the majority of the illegal aliens from Turkey entered through the San Diego Sector, which is now the busiest entry for illegals.

An illegal alien from Ecuador has been charged with suffocating a Syracuse woman on her 21st birthday and then burying her body in a shallow grave at a park.
Jhon Moises Chacaguasay-Ilbis, 21, has been charged with second-degree murder and concealment of a human corpse for killing Joselyn Jhoana Toaquiza, 21. She is also Ecuadorian, but her immigration status is unclear.

Toaquiza’s body was found at Lincoln Park in Syracuse, about 15 feet back from the tree line.

Chacaguasay-Ilbis turned himself in to the police on Tuesday and was booked into jail on Wednesday.

The killer had entered the country illegally last year, surrendered at the border, and was released into the United States to apply for asylum.
