A lot of these hospitals are old. Don't have the oxygen capacity for the load. That's why the National Guard was called in to help upgrade their systems.

Wait a minute. Supreme Covid Commander Faucci warned of the second wave months ago. His Leftenant Covid Captain Cuomo did too. Now we know Leftist like Newsome always listen to the scientists so why didnt he prepare his states hospitals.? He had plenty of time. Trump got the entire country prepared in 3 months with 99% less information on Covid. Not one single person out of 350 million died due to lack of ventilators.
