At the same time Pope Francis is in town. Does that tell you something about the man's thinking process? Me? I'm not sure what to make of it other than his sense of timing clearly sucks.

Let's see...state dinner for the head Chink? Well, it could be the entire Obama family's tired of walking Bo, cleaning up his messes, etc., and someone realized they could - excuse the expression - kill two birds with one stone in an honoring/eliminating sort of way.
