Obama Voters, The Real Failures

If you ask me, things are great and I have very little complaint - for anything.

I keep plugging away no matter what life throws at me.

The prescient Michael Goodwin writes that Obama's ship is sinking....but with every nail he hammers into this coffin....remember that voters had a choice, and judged this ship seaworthy.

1."...rising clamor over the beheading of two Americans, and rapidly sinking polls, forced President Obama to reassure the nation last week he had a plan... [but] most military analysts believe the expanded airstrikes will not be a sufficient match for the size and weaponry of the terrorist army.

2. They miss the point. The disjointed speech wasn’t really about terrorism and launching a new war. It was about saving Obama’s presidency.... it may already be too late to save the SS Obama.

3. The whole second term has been a string of disasters, with the toxic brew of his Obamacare lies, middling economic growth and violent global breakdown casting doubt on the president’s stewardship. Six years into his tenure, nothing is going as promised.

4. ...the magic of his rhetoric is long gone, and not just because the public has tuned him out.
They’ve tuned him out because they’ve made up their minds about him. They no longer trust him and don’t think he’s a good leader.

5. ...findings turned up in a tsunami of recent polls that amount to a public vote of no confidence. They shook up the White House so much that the plan to grant amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants was put on hold to try to protect Democratic candidates from voter wrath in November.

6. ...but it doesn’t change the basic calculation. The president’s problem is that he has been wrong about virtually every major issue.

7. His worldview, his politics, his prejudices, his habits — they’ve been a mismatch for the country and its needs. He has been a dud even in the one area where he seemed a lock to make things better, racial relations. Only 10 percent believe race relations have improved under him, while 35 percent said they are worse.....

8. Barack Obama was not ready to be president, and still isn’t. It is a fantasy to believe he’ll master the art in his final two years.
The lasting image will be his yukking it up on the golf course minutes after giving a perfunctory speech on the beheading of James Foley. It revealed him as hollow, both to America and the world, and there is no way to un-see the emptiness.

9. Obama’s fecklessness is so unique that our adversaries and enemies surely realize they will never face a weaker president.

10. Throw in the fact that Europe largely has scrapped its military might to pay for its welfare states, and the entire West is a diminished, confused opponent, ripe for the taking."
Obama s ship is sinking New York Post

Perhaps the first vote can be chalked up to best hopes....but the second election was a one question IQ test....and everyone who looked at this failure and pulled the Democrat lever....well....those are the real failures, and responsible for what we face today.

Let's hope that the failures who put this windbag back in office haven't doomed all of us!

Wake up pea brain, the GOP has an even worse approval rating...

Your post has nothing to do with the essence of the OP.

Once again....

Obama is a failure....

....and any who voted for him, especially the second time, is not only a failure, but is responsible for the results of every danger to which he has left Americans vulnerable.

If only you and every other Obama voter had been restricted as Shakespeare suggested, we'd all be a lot safer:

. “Let the doors be shut upon him, that he may play the
fool no where but in's own house.”
Hamlet

I don't see Obama as a failure. I see a failure to work together in Washington, fueled and orchestrated mostly by Republicans who have made it clear from the very beginning that their motivation was to make sure Obama fails.
The prescient Michael Goodwin writes that Obama's ship is sinking....but with every nail he hammers into this coffin....remember that voters had a choice, and judged this ship seaworthy.

Both of the alternative choices were disasters waiting to happen.

A the very very worst, Obama was the least of 3 evils.

On that note, let's remind all that Obama voters, and you in particular, are disasters extant.

Name ANYTHING that Obama has done that was worse than Bush's decision to perpetrate a disaster in Iraq.

ANYTHING.

Refusing to leave a force in Iraq.

He threw away all gains, and cleared the way for the Caliphate.

Wrong. Try again.

Yoooo moron. Show me evidence WMD wasn't moved out of Iraq.

Prove a negative? LOL, you're mentally retarded.

Evidence?

Bush's declaration against interests in December of 2005 when he said there weren't any WMD's in Iraq.

EXACTLY.

Now wake the fuck up.

Another thread where conservatives complain that a liberal Democrat President isn't running the country the way conservatives want it run.

How novel.

Oh, you got the quote right the first time, dumb ass.

So you start with the real quote, then you come up with your own version like you libs always do.

Look dumb dumb, how can there have never been any at all when chem WMD in Syria is what Obama drew the red line about a year ago? It can be found all over open source that that stuff came from Iraq. Not even any debate about the chem WMD. Now to get back to nuke WMD, your first quote was correct. Love when you libs step all over your dicks trying to twist things sitting right in front of people's faces.

If you want to keep twisting your very own quote, talk to the hand.

One of the greatest things about the USMB is that most of the nutters here look up to PC as some sort of intellectual heavyweight.

I didn't 'quote' him.

Here is actual quote:

"BUSH: Yeah. No, I appreciate that.
First of all, I can understand why people were -- you say, "Well, wait a minute: Everybody thought there was weapons of mass destruction; there weren't any." I felt the same way.
We'd looked at the intelligence and felt certain that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction. You know, intelligence agencies around the world felt the same way, by the way.
Members of the United States Congress looked at the National Intelligence Estimate, the same intelligence estimate I looked at, and came to the same conclusion.
So in other words, there was a universal feeling that he had weapons of mass destruction. As a matter of fact, it was so universal that the United Nations Security Council passed numerous resolutions.
And so, when the weapons weren't there, like many Americans, I was concerned and wondered why.
That's why we set up the Silberman-Robb commission, to address intelligence shortfalls, to hopefully see to it that this kind of situation didn't arise.
Now, having said all that, what we did find after the war was that Saddam Hussein had the desire to -- or the liberation -- Saddam had the desire to reconstitute his weapons programs. In other words, he had the capacity to reconstitute them."

Clearly Bush acknowledges that Saddam didn't have them. He doesn't claim they were moved.

...so proceed. Prove Bush is a liar.

(I put this in another thread but it bears repeating.)

Completely irrelevant what number you come up with for Republicans, dum dums. You know why? Because when you ask those same people how they feel about THEIR Republican, they always want to keep him or her.

There is no one face for Republicans. But for Dems, there's only one Democrat President right now.

And he is crashing and burning in the polls.

But keep spinning, it makes for great entertainment.

Kinda like this:

Yea yea, we all know the rights talking points and their spin on how things are going. Fact is, you assholes created the mess in the middle east.

Anyways, we need to take our country back from the rich that now own it. Politicians need money from billionaires in order to win. Citizens United said the rich can now do it in secrecy. Imagine if BP is an advertiser, are they going to report on how BP cut corners and was negligent? Hell no! This is a fact that this has changed. The way it use to be, the press was free. It is not anymore.

You guys will claim a mandate when the fact is no one votes in midterms. Midterms and Gerrymandering are the Cons secret weapons. That and voter suppression. So enjoy the victory in November. We will kill you in 2016.

And watch how you guys act between now and 2016. We already see your party is starting to soften their position on birth control. We see they want to make it over the counter and without a perscription so companies that object don' have to offer it in their insurance plans. Basically that's a gift for the insurance companies who charge us all that money every month and now have one less thing they have to cover. Thus making it more for poor people so maybe you want them to get knocked up? Better be ready to pay the welfare and foodstamps dummies.

2014 should be a good year for the GOP. Obama has a lot to answer for. Why isn't nobody in jail for the VA scandal or the IRS scandal. To the best of my knowledge, no high level person has been reprimanded outside of the customary "retirements".

I doubt had he done these things that it would have made much of a difference in the 2014 outcomes due in about 1.5 months but doing right by your citizens shouldn't be about that....it should be about what is just and what is fair.

Blah, blah, blah, blah.....libs are crashing and burning in the polls.

You libs SMELL of DESPERATION.

Pewwwwwww.

:booze:

Lay off the bottle.

Okay, reality check.

Obama ordered airstrikes because that doesn't get us involved.

Right now, people are all upset that ISIL is executing journalists.

Will they still be upset in a year? Nope.

So why commit to something you'll be defending in a year?

I'm still happy my country wasn't handed over to the Evil Mormon Cult. You should be, too.

Obama ordered airstrikes because that doesn't get us involved.

What?

Did the Koch Brother hack your account to make you look like an idiot?

Doesn't put boots on the ground or rely on a 10 year commitment. He can stop the bombing on a moment's notice. And he probably will when people stop caring.

There are already boots on the ground, and there will be a lot more of them before the end of the year.

However, I agree with you that Obama's bombing campaign is not meant to defeat ISIS, but to placate the American people until their memories fade. Everything is political with this gang of thugs.

Who went to jail for the Walter Reed fiasco back when Bush was in charge? What about leaking an undercover CIA's name? Oh yea Bush pardoned Scooter Libby. Or that a top Bush aide admitted in a book they lied us into Iraq? Or Abu Grabe? Or torture and spying on us? Bush set the bar real low.

In the future a blow job won't get a president impeached. You can't blow Hillary. She doesn't have a dick.

ANYTHING.

CNN.com - Bush U.S. must think act differently - Dec 19 2005

...so proceed. Prove Bush is a liar.
Yes, dum dum, he's talking about Iraq. Do you see him talking about chem WMD in Syria????

Where the fuck you think THOSE came from, idiot?

Thanks for also reminding all that he had the 500 tons of yellowcake in Taiwatha that he could EASILY RECONSTITUTE.
You're illiterate. Bush admits that Saddam didn't have WMD's but then Bush claims Saddam desired to have them.

Desiring to have them is not having them.

I can't help you're too stupid to understand complex issues.

Does it occur to you there are reasons he wouldn't go rushing into another country to prove something?

You will have to wait till the Assad regime is gone to get the full story.

Dummy.

You know why I KNOW Saddam didn't have WMD's and WMD programs ongoing?

Because we never found any people that would have been working on them. None of the thousands of personnel that would be necessary to develop, operate, maintain, and support multiple major WMD programs were ever captured, or ever showed up, or ever turned themselves in.

No people, no programs. It's not complicated. Only to the deniers is it complicated.

Bullshit, I personally ran across them in the years I spent in Iraq between early 2004 and 2009.

But that's not the issue.

The issue is you keep derailing this thread about OBAMA by trying to go back to Booooooooooooooooooosh.

A, stop derailing it and
B, you're also full of shit when you talk about Bush.

Now, get back to what a disaster Obama is, dum dum, and stop derailing the thread.

Obama, and you libs by extension, are in a death spiral.

Own it.
