One point must be made clear: that the current disaster is the sole property, not only of Barack Obama, but the ideology to which he is enthralled.

With the ongoing collapse of Iraq, the endgame for the worst foreign policy in American history has begun.

It is no less than astonishing to glance over the foreign policy errors made by the Obama administration since 2009.

  • The deliberate alienation of the UK
  • The deliberate undermining of Israel
  • The dismissal of India
  • The abandonment of Africa
  • A back of the hand to Central Europe
  • The Russian 'reset'
  • The North African Apocalypse
  • The demolition of Syria
  • The failure to back the 'Green Revolution' in Iran
  • Refusal to address the Iranian nuclear threat
  • The collapse of Iraq. This is undoubtedly another case where Obama was intent on throwing away a Bush success. Fumbling the Status of Forces agreement and dropping all attempts to influence the Maliki government, the administration stood aloof while Noor al-Maliki, essentially a primitive tribal leader in a fancy suit, deliberately trashed the laboriously (not to mention bloodily) established postwar status quo. The smartest man of his epoch somehow couldn’t foresee how this was going to work out.
  • The China Seas confrontation
  • The rape of Ukraine
That’s a good solid dozen. We could go on, of course (Afghanistan hasn’t been mentioned yet), but this is more than enough to establish the Obama administration as the worst foreign policy presidency in the American chronicle, bar none.
....

What can be done? Very little, at this point. To consider otherwise is to assume that this crew of losers -- Obama, Hagel, Rice, Power, and a cast of thousands -- can somehow undo what they set in motion through their own stupidity and self-delusion in the first place. (This is to assume that you can attract Obama’s attention without calling airstrikes against every golf course on the planet). With the coming collapse of Iraq, the avalanche is in motion and cannot be stopped. The best strategy is to ride it out and prepare to pick up the pieces.

This elitist, murderous, and imbecilic ideology needs to be laid in its grave. The world stands on the verge of a new renaissance, based on incredible technological breakthroughs and a mature understanding of the human condition. The United States is the instrument to bring this about. The one element holding us back, the Western left, has under Obama put up their last dollar and watched it be snatched away. The left is bankrupt in every conceivable sense. It’s time to drag them away from the table and out of the game.

Still whining about Bush?
Dear God - get over it. Your boy has had nearly eight years to fuck up literally everything he's touched. So far - he's exceeding even that expectation.

The very first thing he did in Jan. 2009 after he got elected, is he sent a bust of Churchill back to them.
Then he did these;
Anger over President Obama?s Margaret Thatcher funeral ?snub? - Kevin Cirilli - POLITICO.com

G20 snub for Cameron as Barack Obama meets François Hollande - Telegraph

The last time you were outside the country, was when exactly?

Or how about this?

The last time you tuned into a foreign news station was when exactly?

You folks really talk out of both sides of your mouth.

On one hand you either denigrate or demonize the rest of the world.

AND THEN..

On the other hand you bitch and moan about "supposed" "disasters" and catastrophes world wide in terms of diplomacy.

Yet? When there were things that were MUCH WORSE going on during Bush II or Reagan, you folks made light of it..

Here's a thought. Turn on the BBC or heaven's to betsy..Al Jarzeera..

You'll find that the rest of the world has a perspective that would be completely unrecognizable to you.

Well, I am convinced. I am not going to vote for Obama in 2016.

Take a look: Opinion of the United States

During Bush's War on Terra™, you can see world opinion of America plummet. The numbers are higher during Obama's regime.

Pay particular attention to the differences in the numbers between 2008's poll and 2009's poll. The world was HUGELY relieved to see Bush go.

The opinions of our closest allies are higher today than at any time during Bush after 9/11. Britain, France, Japan, Germany, Israel. All higher opinions of America under Obama than under Bush post-9/11.

If you look at the world opionion poll, you find EVERY country likes us better now than at any time during Bush post-9/11.

Except one.

For the first time since Obama took office, Kenya likes us less today than they did in 2007.

The criteria is not "whether they like us".

It's also not whether they dislike us. Or even whether they fear us.

It's whether they respect us. If that's coupled with fearing us, so be it.

yes.....his first foreign policy 'mistake'....(we know it was deliberate)

if Bendog had just read the posted article it would explain it...

Thanks to direct and malicious efforts made by President Obama personally (the Churchill bust, Region 1 DVDs), the oldest and most fruitful alliance of the modern age entered into its frostiest period since the Civil War... in the midst of a civilizational conflict in which the Anglosphere comprised the sole serious opposition.

Well, the bust thing imo was a bust. Clearly, Obama has no love of british colonialists though. There's no doubt he gave a backhanded salute to Damn Thatcher's funeral. As for Cameron, the little toad couldn't even get Parliament to back him on Syria, and then he wanted Obama to do the job. And the irony is Obama would have bombed Assad, but the gop itself wouldn't support him.

Still, thanks for your answer. And, I agree Obama has no problem in not honoring anything he sees attached to British colonialism. He's an elitist. Still, all and all, he's not a big a disaster on the intl stage as his predecessor.
