This Is Why Michelle Obama Won't Run For President

Only after sentencing, which has been postponed till September.
They have to figure out if the trial was even valid.
It appears that the trial never should have been allowed to go forward in the first place, so they're going back and figuring out if the Supreme Court gave Trump immunity from prosecutions.
They didn't give Trump immunity from the NY business record fraud case. Trump wrote checks from his private funds, to pay his private attorney. Those actions don't even come near the orbit of presidential duties.

Gimme your reasons. I can't wait to hear this.

No BS. VALID reasons, not some nonsense spewed on MSNBC.

You're bat shit crazy. The VALID reasons are endless, starting with the more than 1 million Americans who have died from covid as a result of Trump's failure to deal with the pandemic.

There's the crashed economy, and the death and destruction that has caused. And the thousands of women who have died since Roe was overturned. Trump brags about that one.

His ignorance, his cruelty, and his abject refusal to listen to scientists, military advisors, or anyone other than his "gut instincts" - the same gut instincts that have lead to 7 major corporate bankruptcies, billions of business losses, and over 4000 law suits.

Everything Trump has, he either inherited or stole.

He hasn't been convicted of anything yet. The jury did not come down with a conviction but a verdict.

In U.S. legal nomenclature, the verdict is the jury's finding on the questions of fact submitted to it. Once the court (the judge) receives the verdict, the judge enters judgment on the verdict.

A verdict of guilty in a criminal case generally requires evidence to be tested and true beyond reasonable doubt and is normally followed by a judgment of conviction rendered by judge, which in turn be followed by sentencing.

Followed by a judgment of conviction.

Thank you for yet another explanation for the benefit of brain dead democrats.

You are sincerely too stupid to contemplate. The difference has been explained to you dozens of times. I'm not doing it yet again simply because you want attention.

Talk about projection. Trump is a convicted felon. Anyone who had taken a high school law course KNOWS that.

There are a fair number of people on this website who really did work in the legal trades, and we can spot a phony a mile off in the distance. I don't see you tossing away 4 years of college and 2 years of law school - over $100,000 just in tuition, as well as the millions you could make as an lawyer, simply because you couldn't stand the corruption.

As a Trump voter, you're all for immorality and corruption, so that dog just don't hunt, CatShit!

more than 1 million Americans who have died from covid as a result of Trump's failure to deal with the pandemic.
Yet twice as many died under Biden's watch WITH the vaccine, and almost NO country in the world "dealt" with the pandemic, in fact, the USA s actually something like SEVENTEENTH in the world for covid deaths per population!!! That is pretty good considering that the USA is the central hub of global activity.

There's the crashed economy,
The economy was shut down, intentionally, largely by democrat governors in a futile attempt to limit spread of covid and you know it.

the thousands of women who have died since Roe was overturned.
Nothing was overturned, no one has died, all the SC did was move the decision for abortion to the state's own level closer to the people as there was no legal basis for the fed government controlling it.

You sure are ignorant and just full of a lot of BS, aren't you?

You are right Big Mike obama is notoriously thin skinned. She would never tolerate the torrent of abuse that would come her way. She also hates Washington, hates politics and has no political friends.

So what you're saying is you can't tell a man from a woman. No wonder you're so fucked up.

Republicans voters think that a "real" woman, like all of the Trump wives, has a plastic chest, botox, and multiple cosmetic surgeries, and as soon as she starts showing her age, she gets replaced with a younger model.

This is not what real life is all about. Women are not just decorative accessories.

I know reading comprehension isn't your strong point but review post 105, slowly this time. Sound out the words.

I practiced law for 35 years. I never had any intention of dropping dead at a counsel table.

What a stupid little twit you are!

True. No one would ever accuse Big Mike obama of being a decorative accessory.

Yes I retired. The courts just got too corrupt.

You just don't know the difference between a verdict and a conviction
According to wikipedia, there is a verdict, after which the judge makes a judgement of conviction. Which is when they become a convicted felon.

Sentencing is when the punishment is imposed.

Trump hasn't yet been sentenced, and he has vowed to appeal the verdict. Here’s how his life will change now that he's been convicted.

New York state and federal law prohibits individuals convicted of a felony from possessing firearms, meaning Trump has to turn over all of his firearms to authorities or legally pass them off to another person ahead of his sentencing on July 11.

July 11 is now postponed until September.

You don't even have that right. Trump has not been convicted of anything. The actual conviction happens at the sentencing hearing, scheduled for September, if it ever happens at all, and it will be overturned anyway as a bogus, illegal charge.
Actually the order of thing is, jury returns a verdict.
Then the judge renders a judgement of convictions, which is when the person actually becomes a convicted felon.
After that, at some later date, they are sentenced
