We've been down this road before:

Consider the obstruction of justice provisions in the articles of impeachment against Richard Nixon that were passed by the House Judiciary Committee before Nixon resigned. Article 1, Section 8 of the articles of impeachment included this:

In other words, repeatedly making false statements intended to deceive the public about matters under investigation constitute acts in furtherance of obstruction of justice in violation of American law.

Hopefully a vaccine against the Trump virus will be developed. I expect nothing less than 20 years from now considering current levels of race and religion intolerance.
From a historical perspective the Trump/Bannon (Breitbart) phenomena is an assault and exploitation of a fragile US system, not to mention a mind-blowing wake up call in the internet/cyber age.

No brainer that the level of indecency tolerated right now will feed sociologists for eons and that Trump tweets are obvious attempts to obstruct justice. How the american justice system (Mueller) processes this information should help define how foreign countries are to deal with the USA. It's an extremely sad story at the wrong time in human history.
