it include the portion of Bush tax cuts that were allowed to remain expired in fiscal cliff deal at the top, and toward the bottom it list "capping deduction to 28% for wealthiest and closing other loopholes" toward the bottom. So by using semantics, it let's Republican legislators claim they kept their tax pledges.

You didn't know that? Obama had the chainsaw out ready to bring the massive cuts, but that also meant the GOP pitching in their share as well, though as usual, the GOP threw a temper tantrum and refused a cut one penny of their insane spending.

The GOP loves cuts, just as long as it's not to their spending.
