Open season declared on US citizens abroad

I am sure everyone has heard about the lifting of the restriction of US citizens negotiating with foreign terrorists for ransom, etc. If not, here is one article:

This very public announcement IMHO declares to the world 'Open Season' to kidnap US citizens abroad.

You are full of crap dude. Americans are not unpopular abroad. Foreigners love to see Americans visit their countries. Some may complain about them being rude of overbearing, but the love to see them. Americans bring American cash and boost the local economy. Even where there is no tourism folks like meeting them and talking to them.
