Opioids killed more people last year than either car accidents or gun violence

911 operator hearing in background the erratic breathing of person overdosed on oxycodone had me perform chest compressions on victim until the paramedics arrived. Doctor at hospital said I saved a life. For those concerned about the problem and have never taken a CPR class, I would recommend taking a class or a refresher if it has been awhile.
