Another case thrown out of court. This time in Pa.

trump has lost almost all of his court cases.

All he and republicans are doing now is making fools of themselves and harming our democratic process but they don't care. There is no low too low for these people.

Why do you celebrate this though? Just what is it about transparency that you believe the courts should prevent?

If you are excited about the prospect of jumping for the Communist government of China on command at least don't make it easy for them.

‘The Pennsylvania Supreme Court, however, said all state law requires is that observers must be allowed “in the room” where ballots are counted. The law does not set a minimum distance between them and the counting tables.

The legislature didn’t provide one, and the court can’t, either. The ruling says the legislature left it up to county election boards to make these decisions. And in the case of Philadelphia, the local board “fashioned these rules based on its careful consideration of how it could best protect the security and privacy of voters' ballots, as well as safeguard its employees and others who would be present during a pandemic.”

Observers are there to watch, it said, not to audit ballots.

The witness who testified in court said he could see the entire counting process, the court found.’ ibid

This is one of many reasons why Trump’s baseless lawsuits continue to fail in court after court: it is solely the responsibility of state lawmakers to determine voting laws, procedures, and policies – such considerations are not within the purview of the courts.
