The name “Palestine” was coined by a Greek writer and the name was later adopted by Romans. “Palestine” has never been Islamic.

"Nah, nah, nah, nah I can't hear you" ... how many threads are you going to spam with the same post? ...

ETA: What next, New Amsterdam never existed ..

Identification by analogy:

Imagine that the Mormons in Utah decided to declare Utah to be an independent State and call itself, "Jo-Smithia." They threw up borders and walls and whatnot, disavowed any connection to the United States, and applied for membership in the UN, the OAS, and so on.

So the Mormons in Utah are fine with this and begin to refer to themsleves as "Smithians."

But what about everyone else in Utah who is not a Mormon and really didn't want any part of the new country? They have no common ethnicity or history but they want to be considered as NOT Smithians, so they coin another word.

That's what the Palestinians are. People who happen to live in the area that has become Israel. Granting those people statehood was a huge mistake, They are nothing. THey live there and could be citizens of Israel if they wanted to. There is not now, nor has there ever been a "Palestine" with a distinct ethnicity. THey are generic Arabs who happen to live there. That's it.

All that the idiot OP author needs to do is a Google search for old maps and he'll see that the area was called Palestine in the early 1900s.

By that same fuzzy logic, Egypt and Syria aren't Islamic because those names predated Islam.

You mean they wore out their welcome, there, too?

Where haven't they worn out their welcome?
Ancient Israel split itself because after the death of Solomon, a schism over taxation divided the nation into two kingdoms. Rehoboam, Solomon's son, an anointed successor ruled over the Southern Kingdom, which was composed of the territory belonging to the tribes of Judah and Benjamin. Even the Hebrews could not get along with each other.

Quite right.

The reality of the Ancient Levant is that it was the home to many religions, Gods, and tribes. For once European ethnicity to say, "This is our land" by claiming a kinship through a book with giants and talking snakes in it should not be taken seriously.

Jews are the only surviving people from ancient Canaan. Now, your IQ is fractionally higher than 7.

There are no Jews alive today that lived in ancient Canaan.

Jews are the only living link to Canaanites. Israelites were Canaanites. Hebrew is a Canaanite language. Now, you’re a little less dumb.
