Palestinian Talks, lectures, & interviews.

The 1925 Citizenship Law was written and implemented by the British for the Territory under the Mandate. Palestine was not a State or a Nation.
The Mandate had no territory.

The Mandate called Palestine a country many times.

Why were Jews given Citizenship in the black hole of Palestine when they had no intention of being Palestinians.

Funny they did not mention the many war crimes against the Palestinians.

What credibility do these people have? They are Hostile Arab Palestinians (HoAP) complaining about the Israelis, when in fact it is the HoAP that has declared "Jihad and the armed resistance is the right and real method for the liberation of Palestine," Which is another piece of misinformation.

And I wonder, where these would be journalists acquired this breaking news and how the news was assembled. The logic in the content used in this imbecilic presentation demonstrates the rather philistine nature of the one-sided expressed opinion. These random events are being reported without any context and they are trying to link them together into a makeshift and sinister program.

This is simply yellow journalism.

It is a one sided conflict.

※→ P F Tinmore, et al,

There is no reason to assume that the Hostile Arab Palestinians (HoAP) actually want the conflict to be resolved. The HoAP and associated other anti-Israeli/pro-Palestinians need only to begin a de-escalation of hostile activity (i.e.
ramping down the promotion of authority to independently engaging the Israelis with deadly force). Absent evidence that the HoAP actually wants a non-deadly environment it will be impossible to entice the Israelis into abandoning their defensive posture. The Israelis should not be expected to adopt any

It is a one sided conflict.

The conflict has never been one-sided. It has always involved two constants: the pro-Jewish/Israeli component and the pro-Arab component plus the the various pro-Palestinian/anti-Israeli factions. Conflict Resolution is dependent on the critical elements that each side MUST have before peace (
settlement) can be achieved peace (non-violent outcomes).

IF either side to the conflict has any one (
or more) of the critical element necessary for them to favorably adopt a peaceful (non-violent outcomes) outcome, THEN hostilities will continue at some level (more likely a "Low Intensity Conflict"). This is the current situation. The HoAP demands, as a critical element for peace, that they be given sovereignty over the entirety of the territory "from the river to the sea, and from north (Lebanon) to south (Sinai)." The HoAP consider this to be a non-waiverable (critical) element. Without regard to any other consideration, this demand alone means the dismantlement of the most successful nation in the Middle East and the only regional country in the world that accepts Jewish people unconditionally. In 1947, the UN Special Committee for Palestine (UNSCOP) referred to the territory as the "Jewish State."

Under the current situation, there is little prospect that the various disjointed factions within the HoAP will be able to reach an agreement among themselves on a peaceful policy.

If for no other reason, the continuation of this deadly environment rests at the feet of the HoAP.

The initial aggression against the Palestinians officially started in 1917 when the settler colonial project entered Palestine. Settler colonial projects are unilateral and inherently aggressive. Their goal is to remove the natives by military force and replace then with settlers. This aggression continues until all of the natives are removed.

That is the territory inside Palestine's inviolable international borders. The Palestinians have the right to territorial integrity. That right shall not be violated.
