You would be surprised how easy it is to alter a licence plate with black tape. In the UK we have the year of registration on the licence plate as in 08 for cars registered in 2008, so easy to alter 08 to 09 with tape or 10 to 18. Until the law was changed it was very easy to get a set of licence plates made up and fixed to a vehicle. Still easy but a bit more expensive if you don't have the documentation .

How many fake licence plates are put on cars in your city alone ?

the israelis arrested six people.they will be tried and, if conviceed, they will be punished. no one is running around saying they're "proud" of the accused killers in israel, unlike the mother of one of the boys who kidnapped and executed the three jewish boys who said she was "proud" if her son was part of the murders.
