Of course it is. Legally, Acosta's error was failing to notify the victims of the plea deal. NOT the plea deal itself. Epstein had to register as a sex offender which counts as a successful prosecution. Ordinary, just common.

Realistically this case was never going to hand out a lengthy prison sentence.

Democrats will deny that it was the Trump administration that finally prosecuted Epstein. When federal prosecutors under Trump were told that there was a deal that prohibited federal prosecution they did it anyway. To cover up the fact that the Trump administration was responsible for finally bringing Epstein to justice, reprehensible democrats concocted a personal relationship between Trump and Epstein. The real relationship and protection came from Bill Clinton.
