There are new allegations against Joe Paterno. Are they fully true? That's not really the point. We know that Joe P was a disgrace to the university and the state. Stop going to bat for the guy like their president recently did.

Not only did they cover up child abuse, they still do it to this day

It's unreal. The evidence is out there. Now if this was only a "suspicion" I'd be screaming" innocent until proven guilty", but all of this is out there.

If there is any good that has come of this atrocity is that the one young man who always held true to his convictions of what he heard and tried to do the right thing by reporting child abuse is that he is vindicated and a hero for standing firm all these years on.

I don't believe Paterno was complicit in the attacks but he played a role similar to the pope in the Catholic Church scandals

More concerned with protecting the image of Penn State than concerned with the victims
