Oddly enough, there are several guys floating around the majors who can also get into three digits. That Chapman fellow in Cincy and Verlander, and others.

If that's all they have, though, MLB hitters can handle it. I think they would be better off with a 90mph fastball, with a lot of movement.

But combine 100mph with control and a good change up, and you have the makings of an all-star closer.
