This website says 194,200 Jewish households in Philadelphia, in 2019. No idea how many people live in a "Jewish household" but if there were only two, that would be 388,400.

The findings presented are based on survey and focus group responses of randomly selected residents of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties.

There are 445,800 people in these households, of whom 351,200 are Jewish (79%) and the remaining 94,600 (21%) are not Jewish. There are 308,700 Jewish adults and 42,500 children who are being raised Jewish. The Jewish population is larger in all five counties, but was most pronounced in Philadelphia County where the Jewish population is double what was reported 10 years ago.
