Somehow the NSA and CIA missed the buck on 9/11 when fly zones were shattered and reports of haywire cell phones made people suddenly paranoid about intricate national security.

Pinterest is great. There's also satisfactory transaction security on eBay these days.

Now with city cops being given eco-friendly electric cars, it seems just about anyone can be a 'security photojournalist.'
