They don't cover up child sex trafficking, if the person reports that she needs help they will refer her to the proper authorities. They are not there to report a crime. They want an abortion and will lie about how it happen and the circumstances

Enable rapist, well if the girl was raped and wants an abortion, I am assuming that you would adviser her to have the child when she as young as 11
It is no different than going to a hospital after being raped. You still have to tell the medical practitioner that you want to report a crime. If your vague and don't say anything then all they can do is treat your wounds and send you on your way. IF you report it then they are obligated to report what you said to the police.

If she reports to the clinic that she was raped then they are obligated to report the rape to authorities
