Who exactly, consider the unborn fetus to have equal rights to life and liberty, separate from its mother or otherwise?

What a fucking confused dumbass you are. When a person that kills a pregnant woman is charged for the murder of two persons (including in Democrat run cities and states), then that means an unborn baby is allocated the same constitutional rights to life and liberty as we all are. So how does it change when a mother or doctor performing an abortion goes in and effectively does the same thing a murderer does? It doesn't.
