TRUMP RESPONDS! Trump's legal team submits WILD brief on protective order

BREAKING: Donald Trump starts off the week with a massive defeat as a federal judge rejects his desperate counter defamation lawsuit against his sexual abuse victim E. Jean Carroll — setting the stage for further disaster for the ex-president.

But it get much worse for Trump...

Judge Lewis Kaplan ruled that Trump failed to prove that Carroll was lying on CNN when she said that he raped her. Her remarks were made just a day after a jury ruled that he sexually abused her and they awarded her $5 million.

Specifically, Kaplan said that Trump's pathetic allegation against Carroll failed to prove her remarks were false or "not at least substantially true."

The judge wasn't done there, and disputed Trump's false claim that he didn't rape her—

"Indeed, the jury’s verdict in Carroll II establishes, as against Mr Trump, the fact that Mr Trump ‘raped her’, albeit digitally rather than with his penis," wrote Kaplan. "Thus, it establishes against him the substantial truth of Ms Carroll’s ‘rape’ accusations."

"In consequence, there is no merit to Mr Trump’s argument that the jury’s finding on Penal Law ‘rape’ question established that Ms Carroll’s statements were false even if her statements reasonably could be construed as referring to ‘rape’ in that specialized Penal Law sense, a subject on which this Court now expresses no view," he added.

The same judge previously rejected Trump's asinine request for a new trial. Donald just cannot stop losing. He will face another defamation lawsuit from Caroll in January and given his recent streak he's likely to lose that as well.

Nobody is a bigger LOSER than Criminal defendant Trump. A man where honesty, decency, honor and integrity goes to die.
In the biggest political joke of the century, he is now the presumptive nominee for the Republican Party, to run for the office of President of The United States in 2024.
