Constitutionalist / Universalist
I knew karma always pays back
in the most ironic of ways.
But the more I read the headlines, I wonder:
Does everyone see that both sides of the political divide
are mirroring each other?
1. The right sees BIDEN as guilty of the Quid Pro Quo accusations,
while the left sees TRUMP as guilty of this.
2. Look at PELOSI's arguments that 'defending the Constitution'
has to come before Party interests -- which is the EXACT argument
that Conservatives and Constitutionalists have been arguing against
DEMOCRATS LIKE OBAMA AND PELOSI
for pushing health care BELIEFS and LGBT/Marriage BELIEFS
before Constitutional principles and limits on Govt, by which
RELIGION cannot be established (as the Democrats push with
their agenda and POLITICAL BELIEFS AND CREEDS).
Exact MIRROR IMAGE and ARGUMENTS.
Is it not OBVIOUS the irony and karmic payback going on?
That both sides keep pushing the same argument when it
fits their approach, but when the OTHER SIDE argues from
their perspective, it seems FOREIGN and contrived.
3. I could go on and on: Going after TRUMP for conducting
communications on a PRIVATE SERVER to avoid scrutiny,
when this was EXACTLY WHAT WAS ARGUED WITH CLINTON
and the Server issues.
4. Rumors of Clinton "cutting deals" on the side with Russia or
other foreign interests, that mirror the arguments against Trump
for everything from "Russian Collusion" to "Emoluments".
How long can this go on?
Where each side pinpoints arguments against the other,
and if you look, there is a similar EQUIVALENT of the
other side accusing in return while DENYING parallel fault.
This is why I see the political process as SPIRITUAL.
There is some larger "karmic" DYNAMIC going on.
And at some point it's all going to break even,
where we all realize we could get blamed for the same
things we blame others. So we are in the same boat together.
What are we going to do about it?
Sink each other's ships when we are all on the same ship?
Or start bailing out the weight so we don't all go down with the ship.
Are we going to row to shore together?
How far out do we need to go to figure this out?
in the most ironic of ways.
