All those cheap skate liberals in town. Philly will be inundated with pan handlers. I assume that with the Democrats will come three card Monte dealers, con artists and other like minded folks.

Sad for Philly who I assume thinks they are going to make money. Once the democrats leave Philly will be lucky they left the furniture.
