* About Google earth ---> if you can get a close up of their license plate in the driveway ( and you can so long as the car is parked in right direction ) - you can get it run through DMV and pull up everything. All it takes is a car dealer with a license for business to get the information. You can meet hundreds of them at auto auctions if you don't have that connection. Not difficult at all. ( from what I've read on the internet of course )
